In Feb I went to visit my parents in VA. Mom and I spent a day touring the Virginia Museum of Fine Art. They have a wonderful space and some great pieces. This is one of my favorite by the artist Fred Tomaselli,entitled Woodpecker (2008). The collage and painted details are a true inspiration.
